REGULAR CLEANING SERVICES

$45 / Hour (Minimum 2 Hours)

As a regular client of Asset cleaning we will get to know all the particulars of your home so that we can continuously leave you amazed. You will have the same cleaner(s) each visit to ensure you get the exact same high end quality of service, right from the very start. We recommend booking a deep clean prior to booking regular services, so that we can get everything perfect and then we just continue to maintain that level of perfection for the entirety of your time with us

AIR BNB TURN OVER

$50 / Hour (Minimum 2 Hours)

When you are an owner or a manager of an AirBnb you know that the turnover is one of the most important parts. It is up to your cleaner to make sure everything is perfect, so that you get the best reviews! You want your client to come in and look around and be amazed by what they see. Our Airbnb turnover services involve extensive attention to detail, to make sure not a single thing is missed. We go through every area of the home to make sure everything is on point and always make sure to double check, so nothing is ever missed. We will also leave eye catching and thoughtful details throughout the entire place to leave your clients saying “wow!” 

DEEP CLEANING

$50 / Hour (Minimum 4 Hours)

Our deep cleans are a perfect way to start fresh when you feel as though you’re falling behind on your chores. It happens to everyone, sometimes you just let things go a little too long and the thought of doing everything yourself can be overwhelming. We come in and thoroughly clean and organize your home, from top to bottom. This includes the tedious things like cleaning the windows and the tracks as well as washing walls. When you’re busy with work and trying to take care of your family, you don’t have time to get on your hands and knees and scrub your baseboards. We have an extensive check list for making sure every area of you home feels immaculate. We recommend getting a deep clean before you start regular services with us, so we can get everything up to our high standard of clean and then we just continue to maintain it from there!

POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING

$50 / Hour (Minimum 4 Hours)

When you have put hours of hard work and dedication in to making the home of your dreams, you want to start off right by moving your furniture into an immaculate space. This is where we come in! Post construction cleaning requires the finest level of detail, to make sure there isn’t a spec of drywall dust or a single drop of paint on your floor. We come in with a fine-tooth comb and make sure there isn’t a single bit of evidence of the construction left in your home. From top to bottom, everything gets a once over and then second and third look!
